These offerings aim to provide comprehensive support, ensuring you and your loved ones are covered when it matters most.

Medical Insurance Program - AllState Benefits:

Allstate's new medical program not only offer premium savings for the employees but also incorporate additional cost reductions for those employees who end up using the insurance for medical care by optimizing provider payouts with their "see anyone" network model.

This medical program provides flexibility, allowing employees to choose any doctor or facility they prefer. On top of that, Allstate also includes valuable cost-saving healthcare services like Health Care Blue Book, 24-hour telemedicine, and MAP member advocates, all detailed in the accompanying video:

Beam is the innovative dental carrier now offering PPO plans that provide flexibility and savings for its members. Beam's PPO plans empower you to choose any licensed dentist, giving you the freedom to see the dental professional of your choice.

Employee Only Dental: You pay $38.29 per month.

Employee & Spouse Dental: You pay $76.60 per month.

Employee & Child Dental: You pay $98.14 per month.

Family Dental: You pay $136.44 per month.

Members can potentially lower out-of-pocket expenses even more by choosing to visit participating network dentists. This encourages members to utilize the dental network, where cost savings and benefits may be maximized.

Vision Insurance Program - BEAM:

Vision insurance is a way to reduce your eye care expenses. In exchange for a monthly premium, this plan picks up some of your costs of vision care such as lenses, frames, and contact lenses.

Employee Only Vision: You pay $7.00 per month.

Employee & Spouse Vision: You pay $14.00 per month.

Employee & Child Vision: You pay $12.58 per month.

Family Vision: You pay $19.58 per month.
