Purchasing insurance through your company has a number of benefits such as:

    Below you will find information on all the programs offered to you during this enrollment period for benefits effective January 1st, 2019.

All employees need to apply or waive coverage by filling out the online enrollment form by December 23rd, 2018.

In addition to plan benefits this program provides it also allows you to open up a Health Savings Account which provides you tax free benefits.

This dental plan offered by Guardian covers preventive care, cleanings, and other major dental services so that you can see your dentist without worrying about breaking the bank.

*This plan is eligible for the Dental Maximum Rollover: Guardian will roll over a portion of each member’s unused annual dental maximum into their personal Maximum Rollover Account (MRA). Learn more about the MRA here>



Vision insurance is a way to reduce your eye care expenses. In exchange for a monthly premium, this plan picks up some of your costs of vision care such as lenses, frames, and contact lenses.

Life insurance polices pay cash - tax free benefits to your survivors should you pass away.

Life insurance is offered to you, your spouse, and children in $10,000 increments up t0 $250,000 with no-medical exams.

This Guardian programs will issue coverage to any employee with up to $100,000 with NO MEDICAL QUESTIONS ASKED!

Critical Illness Insurance fills the gap between life and disability insurance.

While disability policies cover lost employment income due to an accident or illness, critical illness insurance policies pay a lump-sum, tax-free benefit when you’re diagnosed with a serious, life-altering illness or condition.

Accident insurance helps you pay for the medical and out-of-pocket costs that you may incur after an accidental injury. This includes emergency treatment, hospital stays, and medical exams, and other expenses you may face, such as transportation and lodging needs

How long can you go without a paycheck if you can not come to work because of an illness or injury?

The company Long Term Disability benefit will replace 60% of your take home pay after you have been out of work for 3 months due to a illness or injury. You can learn more about your disability program, click here >.

Can you go three months without a paycheck?

If not, consider purchasing short term disability insurance. A STD policy will pay you a benefit during the first 3 months you are out of work (not covered by your long term disability policy).

This short term disability pays you a weekly benefit if you are unable to work due to an illness, or injury, after you have been out of work for 8 days.

The College Tuition Benefit is available for employees enrolled into Guardian Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Life, Critical Illness, and Accident insurance.
